1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the mietric platform and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Services.

2. Description of Service

mietric provides an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform tailored for Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), Community Based Organizations (CBOs), and social enterprises. The Service includes tools for grant management, fund accounting, procurement, fleet management, and reporting.

3. Accounts and Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding the password or credentials that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. We recommend using strong passwords and multi-factor authentication.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any local, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Infringe upon the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual property rights.
  • Distribute malicious code, viruses, or any other harmful software.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or other users' accounts.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of mietric and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

6. Data Ownership and Portability

You retain all rights to the data you upload or enter into the Service ("Customer Data"). mietric claims no ownership over your Customer Data. You can export your data at any time while your account is active.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall mietric, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
